Jenny’s 11 years of experience as a Realtor and 14 years of experience as a real estate investor sets her apart from her peers. From this experience, Jenny has learned that utilizing creative and analytical thinking helps get deals done quickly, efficiently and as stress free as possible. She understands and thoughtfully considers the psychology behind the opposing party's position, which enables her to get to yes and close a deal faster than her peers.

Tyler Morant - Vice President



Prior to joining Jenny’s team, Tyler was an attorney to some of the leading startups in Los Angeles’s Silicon Beach, where he was responsible for negotiating multi-million dollar venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial agreements.

Tyler uses his expertise and past experience negotiating high stakes venture financings to ensure his clients enter into winning deals that both address and limit risks that exist in every transaction. His emphasis on risk does not cloud his vision for what truly is at stake, getting the deal done quickly and efficiently, so his deal philosophy is to work collaboratively with his clients to first identify their priorities and come up with workable solutions to avoid deal friction.

Devon Stull- Marketing and Operations Manager

Devon was born and raised in Pennsylvania and got her B.S. in Business, with a specialization in marketing, from Pennsylvania State University. She has a background in customer service and hospitality, working in retail and the hotel industry for many years. She is passionate about helping others and providing great service.
